I'm the guy behind The Contractor Finance Playbook, where I break down accounting and finance frameworks in a way that actually makes sense. I'm deeply passionate about the trades. I noticed that while I use high-level frameworks in my corporate role, many HVAC, plumbing & electrical contractors lack the same frameworks in their business. I also work hands-on with an HVAC business so these frameworks are tested, not just theory. Each week I break down topics like job costing, cash flow management, labor burden, and receivables management, just to name a few. I also cover tech & software optimizations that will set you up for success.
Outside of the newsletter, you can find me spending time outside, exercising or working on the various personal projects I have going on. My goal with this is to share my expertise through my experiences helping owners along the way.
